Morso - Made in Denmark

The Morsø Foundry opened in 1853, it was for the production of all sorts of products, from stable windows, grave crosses and tools to saucepans, pots and pans.Wood-burners and tiled stoves only came later, around the turn of the century, when Morsø began to produce and provide tiled stoves and heaters to schools, churches, the railways, ministries and not least to the royal household. This put Morsø seriously on the map, and in 1915 Morsø received the coveted title of Purveyor to the Royal Court.
Morsø’s wood-burning stoves meet some of the strictest environmental standards, including the Nordic Swan Eco Label. You can also be assured that Morsø are at the forefront of the EcoDesign 2022 standards that have been discussed in the UK press recently. A large of number of our stoves are also listed on the HETAS website as SIA EcoDesign ready with others to follow. We have demonstrably reduced the emissions of particles to an absolute minimum by using refined combustion technology together with an advanced purification system.

The production takes place in Sweden , in one of the world's most modern stove factorys , with a focus on reduced environmental impact. We set high quality standards at all stages and stoves are quality checked before leaving the factory in Markaryd. This gives us full control over the quality in all stages of production. We take care to ensure that the stoves are suitable for the modern home and conditions. We are proud to mark all our stoves “Made in Sweden”.

With over 60 years of manufacturing fires and heating equipment Dunsley believe we can offer a range of solid fuel fires, multifuel stoves and woodburning stoves to suit all requirements.

Dunsley Heat Ltd is a family run business formed in 1950 by the Broadbent brothers who developed solid fuel open fire central heating boilers. The Broadbent family still run the business today although the next generation now form the management structure.

Today Dunsley offer more than just boilers, we offer solutions for every heating requirement, including multi-fuel stoves, open fires and woodburning stoves. The Dunsley factory is located in Holmfirth, Yorkshire and it is here that we design and manufacture all our products including Multifuel Stoves, Open Fires and Boilers.

Based in Exeter, England, Stovax Ltd was established in 1981 to design, manufacture and distribute wood burning stoves and fireside accessories.

With the depletion of fossil fuels and unprecedented increases in their costs, wood is already being accepted as an economic, renewable and carbon neutral energy source. Stovax high-efficiency stoves and fires will continue to help provide ‘green’ heating for the 21st Century, whilst the company commits itself to researching the alternative technologies that will provide heating in the years ahead.

Stovax is also the UK and Republic of Ireland distributor for a number of additional fireplaces and stove brands including Dovre, Lotus, Nordpeis & Varde.

We also stock all components needed to install and service Stoves. We have taken the same approach with our other equipment as we have with the stoves choosing to only supply the best quality and value for money products. All of our installation components are British made and come with long warranties.
